UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer who can join in on our intention to create remarkably beautiful things that make an impact, shape culture and connect people. What you’ll do:

– Advocate for uncompromising balance between form and functionality when designing human-centered digital experiencesCollaborate with development and design teams to ensure best practice UX principles are maintained throughout the development process

– Collaborate with client stakeholders and product owners to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional requirements

– Conduct user-testing and generate meaningful and intuitive insights that will drive the user experience. Define interaction models, user test scripts / task flows and user interface specifications

– Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, detailed wireframes and more to support the end-to-end user experience
Partners closely with visual designers to refine creative consistency, but also be comfortable working within existing design systems to generate high-level design layouts as necessary

– Prepare and present approaches and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to internal teams and clients

– Be able to work collaboratively with the team, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle

Who you are:

You have 3+ years of experience in user experience, interaction design and user interaction strategy, including projects for large and small brands, with an emphasis on digital products and experiences

Your focus on user experience can be applied throughout the product development process – from discovery to design, development and launch

Your understanding of the design, technical and business implications associated with user-centered strategic recommendations allows you to contribute meaningfully to our work

You can design and define documentation for digital experiences and products, such as functional requirements, experience maps, wireframes, personas, user flows, and other UX artifacts

You have deep experience with user testing methods and can conduct research and determine informed insights to drive the refinement of digital products and experiences

You have proven success partnering with and presenting to clients, managing their requests and implementing feedback
